Join our new campaign to support ROPE graduates!
We are proud to share that ROPE members have a 100 percent high school graduation rate and 90 parent college attendance rate.
As part of our ongoing effort to ensure our young women succeed, ROPE has launched the Education Partners Initiative. Donors to this fund are joining together to help guarantee that our ROPE graduates can meet the costs of the higher education we have spent years preparing them for. Support here at home in the middle and high school years sets them up to succeed, but the challenge doesn't end at graduation. Meeting college expenses is a reach for most of our families, and while many students receive financial aid and scholarships, and they work jobs outside of school, the full cost of their education plus living expenses and travel home is something they all struggle with.
Knowing they can pursue their dreams without worry about their basic needs, knowing their college experience will be complete, not a nail-biting, semester by semester game of chance--this is a huge lift we can offer these young women. Time and again they demonstrate what promise they each hold. Over and over we see them bring their knowledge and talents back to their communities to raise others up behind them.
There are two ways to become part of this exciting initiative.
Tax-deductible gifts in any amount can be made via the DONATE page here on the website, which includes instructions for electronic transfers and mailing a check.
We have also launched a GoFundMe page to add a spark of excitement. The campaign is easily shared to friends inside and outside the area who would get a charge from sharing their extra with this wonderful group of young women.
We know times are tight for many. Even if you can't contribute, just sharing this campaign to a handful of contacts is a huge boost to the effort. Help us turn the spark into a warm blaze of support for our wonderful young women!
